This week's menu plan: Jan 9-15

OK so I may have over-indulged just a wee bit over the holiday and now have T-minus 50 days until my girl’s trip to Hawaii and I have to show myself in a bathing suit. In public. So my goal is to throw in a few healthy but tasty recipes each week and vow to lay off the cookies and leftover Christmas chocolate I stole from the kid’s stocking.  Here’s what this week’s menu looks like, enjoy!
