This week's menu plan: Jan 23-29

With only 5 weeks until Hawaii and the wearing-of-the-bathing-suit-in-public idea, I’m on a mission to cut calories and fat grams wherever possible WITHOUT anyone actually knowing it. My husband and kids would go on strike if they ever knew they were actually eating something healthy or low-fat. These recipes are not only VERY yummy, most are all under 400 calories per serving (sssh, that last part is a secret).
